How to setup a Welcome Email in Workflow Automation
Send a welcome email to let your new customers know that they matter. This is a step-to-step guide for the setup of a Welcome Email in Workflow Automation.
Step 1. Login to AiTrillion and head over to Email Marketing > WorkFlow Automation>Templates
Step 2. Click on the Use Now button beneath the Simple Welcome eMail box.
Step 3. A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.
Step 4. Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings for contact source by clicking on the trigger box, and choosing your throttling options.
Click save and turn on your workflow.
Note: You can edit the default messages by clicking on the message name. By clicking on the email action box you can choose other email options as well.
