How to Add the AiTrillion Membership Block in Shopify Customer Page?

Introduction

The AiTrillion Loyalty Program Block allows you to view and check a customer’s membership details directly from the Shopify admin customer profile page. This helps you quickly understand the customer’s subscription status without navigating to a separate section.


Note: The Membership block will only show if the Membership V2 module is enabled.

Here are the steps to add the loyalty program block in Shopify customer page:

Step 1: Go to Shopify admin >> Click on Customers page.



Step 2: Click on the name of any customer from the list.



Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom and click on the add block button.



Step 4: Click on Membership.




Now, you will see the Membership widget with the current plan status and membership details.



Key Features

  • View Membership Plans: Displays all membership plans associated with the customer (e.g., Silver, Gold).
  • Status Tracking: Easily identify whether a membership is Active or Expired.
  • Membership Type: Shows how the membership is configured (e.g., Manual).
  • Renewal Information: View the renewal cycle (e.g., monthly).
  • Created Date: Check when the membership was initially assigned to the customer.
  • Next Billing Date: Displays the upcoming billing or renewal date for active memberships.
  • Search Functionality: Quickly search and filter memberships using the search bar.
