How do I check the real-time status of WhatsApp Chat Initiations and Engagements?

AiTrillion offers you the facility of checking the real-time status of WhatsApp chats initiated and customers engaged from your site. Learn how to do this by following the steps below.

1. Login to AiTrillion and head over to the AiTrillion main dashboard. Click here to be taken to the AiTrillion Dashboard. 

2. Towards the right you will see a real-time activity scroll of customers who recently were on your site along with their activities. Remember, if you see a green dot next to any of these customers they are still on  your site!
