How can I get a user to opt in for SMS and WhatsApp Marketing?

Introduction


In today's fast-paced digital landscape, where the average consumer is bombarded with countless marketing messages daily, standing out and capturing their attention is more challenging than ever. Yet, amidst the noise, SMS and WhatsApp marketing emerge as powerful channels to reach and engage audiences directly and personally.


Here are the steps to opt in for SMS and Whatsapp marketing:


​Step 1: From the navigation bar, go to Smart Popups > Create New > Newsletter Popup

Step 2: Use the three dots in the actions panel to edit any pre-existing newsletter popup or use the blue create button in the corner to create a new popup.

Step 3: Field >> This option allows you to customize the fields in your newsletter popup. It is here that you can set opt-in options for WhatsApp and SMS Marketing.

Step 4. Click on the Save button to save the settings. Also, ensure that your popup is turned on.
