Do Customers Receive Loyalty Points When They Make Purchases Using Gift Cards?

AiTrillion gives loyalty reward points for the “Make a Purchase” activity to customers based on the amount they actually paid. This does not include the gift card amount.

🛎️If a customer purchases a gift card and gives it to a friend, and the friend makes a purchase using the gift card, they will not receive loyalty points. This is to prevent double benefits, as the friend has already received the value through the gift card and therefore won't receive points for the purchase made with it.
