Customize Your Membership Card Design

Introduction

You can now create fully branded membership cards that match your store’s identity. Upload your own card design with your brand colors, logo, and creative; control exactly where the QR code sits on the card; and keep it print-ready. Members can view, download, or print their branded card from their account page.

Design Your Membership Card

Step 1: Go to [Membership V2 >> Settings >> General settings].

Step 2: In the Membership card (QR) section, turn on Enable membership card. Enter your Card page handle and Page name (this must match a Shopify page that has the “Membership Card” app block), and optionally a Card number prefix.

Step 3: Click Generate membership IDs to create membership IDs for existing members who don’t have one yet. New members get an ID automatically.

Step 4: Under Card design, click Upload card image and upload your own design (PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 5 MB).

Step 5: Drag the QR code onto the spot you left for it in your design, and drag its blue corner handle to resize it exactly how you want.

Step 6: Click Save. Members can now view, download, and print their branded membership card from their account.

📝 Note: Leave a light area in your design so the QR code always scans. If no custom image is uploaded, the membership card uses the default image.
