Create review email using Custom HTML

Introduction

Creating a review reminder email using custom HTML in AiTrillion allows you to design personalized and visually appealing emails that encourage customers to leave reviews. This feature gives you the flexibility to tailor your emails to match your brand's aesthetic and messaging.

Here are the steps to create a review email using custom HTML:

Step 1: Go to Product reviews >> Collect reviews>> Review email setting

Step 2: Click on Custom HTML tab

Step 3: Enter the HTML as per your need, test it and Click on Save

Note📝: Remember below points when using the custom HTML option:

• Always test your custom HTML by sending a test email first.

• Use product image URLs and shop logo URLs shortcodes within the `<img>` tag.

• Place the review submit URL shortcode within an `<a>` (anchor) tag.

• Do not use custom HTML shortcodes in built-in emails.

Now the mail will be sent using custom HTML.

Note: If you want to use the built-in reminder mail, you need to click "Save" on the Built-in tab.
