Create Affiliate Groups

Introduction:

Optimize your affiliate program with targeted group segmentation. Explore how to create affiliate groups to tailor promotions, track performance, and foster stronger relationships, maximizing the impact of your partnership initiatives.

Step 1: Go to Affiliate Program >> Affiliate >> Manage Groups.

Step 2: Click on the Create Group button in the top right corner.



Step 3: Fill in the details in the form:

Group Name: Give the name of the group.

Group Tag: Give a tag for the affiliates of this group. 

Status: Mark the status of the group.

Description: Set a description of the group.

Affiliate auto assignement group criteria - Based on:

1. Total Orders Achieved

  • Affiliates are assigned to this group when they reach a specified number of total confirmed orders. Example: If you set the threshold to 50 orders, affiliates who have generated 50+ orders will automatically move into this group.

2. Total Unique Customers Achieved

  • Affiliates are assigned to this group based on the number of unique customers they’ve referred who made a purchase. This helps reward affiliates who bring in new customers rather than repeat buyers.

3. Total Revenue Achieved

  • Affiliates are moved to this group when the total revenue generated through their referrals reaches a certain amount. Example: If the target is $10,000, affiliates who generate $10,000 or more in sales will be auto-assigned to this group.




Step 4: Click on the Save button to save the group.

All groups will be listed below on the Manage Groups page:
