Create a Conditional Thank you Page Redirect Logic

Introduction

In the custom type of form, we have a feature to change thankyou page redirect depending on the ‘IF’ State conditions.

Follow the below steps to create a conditional redirect -:

Step 1: Go to Form Builder >> Dashboard >> Click on Form or Add new form.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings >> Conditions >> Conditional Redirect

Step 3: Click on the “Add New Rule” button to create a new rule for conditional redirects.

You can create a rule for the following conditions

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

And apply the following check

  • Equals To

  • Greater Than

  • Less Than

  • Has Value

Step 4: After creating a rule, click on the “Save” button to save the settings.

Example

If you want to redirect all customers whose first name is John to a different thank you page. So you can create a rule as follows -:
If First Name Is Equals To Value John Then Redirect URL https://yourstore/thankyoupage-for-john
