Collect Phone Numbers During Affiliate Registration
Introduction
You can now collect phone numbers directly from the affiliate registration form. Phone numbers are automatically synced with Shopify, and SMS consent is captured during registration — so you can reach affiliates instantly via SMS or WhatsApp with registration updates, approvals, rejections, and other time-sensitive information.
Enable Phone Number Collection
Step 1: Go to [Affiliate program
>> Settings >> Configuration].

Step 3: Tick “Show phone number
field on affiliate registration.”

Step 4: Click + Update to save your settings. New affiliates will now see the phone number field when they register.
📝 Note: SMS consent is captured automatically during registration, and both the phone number and consent status sync to your Shopify store.
💡 Idea: Use the collected numbers to send approval and rejection updates over SMS or WhatsApp instead of waiting on email.
