To change the date format for Loyalty and SMS, follow these steps -:
Step 1: Click your initials in the top right corner and click on My Account in the bar that opens up.
Step 2: Use the front store setting area to change the date format as needed.
Step 3: Select your choice from the dropdown and click on the update profile button.
