Reward customers leaving photo or video review

Introduction

Encouraging your valued customers to leave photo or video reviews not only enhances your store’s credibility but also enriches the shopping experience for others.

Here are the steps of rewarding customers for leaving photo or video reviews:

Step 1: Go to Loyalty rewards >> Set up program >> Earn points

Step 2: Go to Leave a review, enable it and click on Edit icon

Step 3: Enable the button according to your preference for uploading photos or videos

Now customer will get the point of uploading a media

You can also enable to show reward information on the front store

It will be shown to the front store as shown in the image below:
