Setup a Browse Abandoned Workflow

Introduction

Use this pre-created automation to remind your customers of the products they were looking at on your site before they dropped off.

Here are the steps to setup Browse Abandon workflow:

Step 1: Go to WorkFlow Automation>Templates

Step 2: Click on the Use Now button beneath the Browse Abandonment box.

Step 3. A popup will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm and proceed.

Step 4. Once done, the workflow flowchart shall be presented to you for your perusal. Make your settings, choose your throttling options, click save and turn on your workflow.
