Step 1. Go to Workflow automation > Workflow

Step 2. Click on Create button

Step 3. Click on Loyalty tab and on Loyalty point reminder button click on Use now

Step 4. Click on Available loyalty points trigger and configure settings

Step 5. Click on Send email and configure settings

Step 6. Go back to previous tab and enable the workflow and click on Save. A popup will appear and click on Yes, save it!
