Introduction

Using the form builder app, you can create different types of forms in one application, that helps you to categorize and captures your website visitors data very easily. An age verification form will present a field where users must verify their age and then enter your website. If the user does not verify the age, they will be forwarded to the Exit URL of your choosing.

Step 1: Go to Form builder >> Dashboard >> Click on Add new form

Step 2: Click on Age Verification Form and Give a name to the form

Step 3: Go to Settings and Change the settings as per your need.

Step 4: Click on Publish, Copy the code, and use it as per your need
