Here are the steps if you are unable to Send/Receive an email -:
Step 1: Go to Form Builder>> Dashboard
Note📝: If you are not using the Registration/Wholesale Registration form, proceed to Step 2, otherwise, skip this step.
Step 2: Select the email field and insert “replyemail” text into the name field.
Step 3: Enable thank you and admin email from the app setting.
A. Thank you email: Using this option, an app automatically sends a thank you email to your customer, who
register itself on your store.
B. Admin email: It will help you to notify via the email about the recent submission on your store.
Step 4: Click on Save to update a setting in the app.
