Learn how to streamline your customer segmentation process with AiTrillion's feature to save predefined customer segments. This article offers steps on creating and saving custom segments, enabling targeted marketing campaigns and personalized engagement strategies with ease.

Follow the steps below to save customer segments:

Step 1. Go to Customer from the sidebar navigation menu.

Step 2. Click Add Filter, then choose the customer filtering condition accordingly and run Filter.

You can choose more than one filter at a time.

Step 3. After filtering, the Save Segment button will appear.

Step 4. Click the button Save Segment, give a name to it, and save.

Step 5. Click on More button and view your saved segment in the list of predefined segments.
