Introduction
Sometimes it happens that you get some irrelevant reviews/spam on your eCommerce store. With AiTrillion, you can unpublish a review from your store.
Here are the steps to unpublish a review from your store:
Step 1: Go to Product Reviews > Manage Reviews > Product Reviews.
Step 2: Now, as shown in the below snapshot, click on Edit, and then click on Unpublish to unpublish the review.
📝 If you want to delete the review, you can delete it by clicking on the Delete option. It will be deleted from AiTrillion and the online store.
📝 You can do the same thing with the site review by following the same steps. All you have to do is choose the correct tab in the manage reviews screen:
