Introduction
This article talks about how you can notify your customers of answers to the questions they had on a product(s) on your site.
Here are the steps to notify customers of answer to question:
Step 1: Go to Product reviews >> Question/Answer
Step 2: Once there, click on the question and answer setting and head over to the email settings as illustrated. Make your settings and hit save.
Step 3: Now everytime you answer a question for a customer you can choose to notify the customer of the answer by email!
