Introduction

From this article, you'll gain an understanding of the various methods through which customers can accumulate points within the AiTrillion Loyalty Program. These methods include Creating an account, becoming a VIP customer, allowing push notifications, making purchases, and participating in promotional activities, among others.

Sign-up activities:



Creating an account: Customers receive points for registering or creating an account on the platform.


On customer tag: Points are awarded when customers are tagged by the system.



Allowing push notifications: Points are granted when customers opt-in to receive push notifications from the platform.



Becoming an affiliate: Customers earn points when they join the affiliate program and begin promoting products or referring others to the platform.

📝Note: To configure the earn points rule for any activity, you can click on the activity itself to configure it.

Online store loyalty:

Celebrate birthday: Customers receive a special birthday reward as loyalty points during their birthday, encouraging them to make a purchase or engage with the brand.

Make a purchase: Customers earn points for every purchase made, incentivizing repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

Note📝: If Shopify store credit is enabled in your store and a customer uses store credit to pay for their order, please note that loyalty points will be calculated on the total order amount, including the store credit used.


Refer a friend: Customers receive points for referring friends to the brand, encouraging word-of-mouth marketing, and expanding the customer base.

Store visit: Customers earn points for visiting online store and enhancing the in-store experience.

Buy Rs. X gets Y points: Customers earn a specified number of points for every Rs. X spent on purchases, incentivizing higher spending and increasing average order value.

On X Orders get Y points: Customers receive points after completing a certain number of orders, rewarding repeat purchases and encouraging continued engagement.

Leave a review: Customers earn points or rewards for leaving product reviews or feedback, incentivizing user-generated content and improving brand visibility.

Gift code: Customers receive a gift code or voucher that can be redeemed for discounts or free products at certain points, providing an additional incentive for engagement and purchase.

Social engagements:

Customers will receive certain points when they perform social media activities
