Introduction
This article provides the process for downgrading your plans or canceling individual plans or closing your AiTrillion account.
If you're considering downgrading your plan or canceling your subscription, we understand that circumstances may change. Before making any decisions, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can assist you with any concerns or questions you may have.
To initiate a downgrade or contact us before proceeding with cancellation, please follow these steps.(Optional)
1.) Hover over your profile icon and select "Billing Information."
This will take you to your billing details page where you can manage your subscription.
2.) Click on "Cancel Subscription" and you'll be redirected to the next page.
Here, you'll have the option to fill out a form detailing your request. This submission will be sent directly to our support team who will assist you further.
3.) Kindly complete the form below, and a ticket will be generated for our support team. You will also receive a copy of the ticket via email.
To cancel subscription and close account please follow below steps -:
From your Shopify admin:
Navigate to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
Find AiTrillion in the list of apps and click "Uninstall."
Confirm the uninstallation when prompted.
From IPhone
From the Shopify app, tap the … button, and then tap Settings.
In the Store settings section, tap Apps and sales channels.
Next to the name of the app that you want to uninstall, tap the … button.
Tap Uninstall.
Optional: Enter a reason for uninstalling the app.
Tap Uninstall to confirm.
From Android
From the Shopify app, tap the … button, and then tap Settings.
In the Store settings section, tap Apps and sales channels.
Next to the name of the app that you want to uninstall, tap the … button.
Tap Uninstall.
