Introduction
Offering rewards and discounts is a great way to boost customer loyalty, but applying them to already discounted products can impact profitability. The "Exclude Earn Reward on Products on Sale" feature ensures that reward points are not applied to items that are already on sale.
Here are the steps to exclude earning reward on products on sale
Step 1: Go to Loyalty Rewards > Set up program > Earn Points.
Step 2: Now click on the Make a Purchase tab and then on Advanced Settings.
Note🚨: Make sure that the Make a Purchase button is enabled
Step 3: Enable the button of Exclude sales product
Note📝: If you enable Exclude sales product, the points will not assigned to the customer on Sales order or the 0 points will be assigned to the customers.
Now, customers won't be able to earn points on purchase of Sales product
