In this article, we'll explore customer loyalty reports and the details of the loyalty points earned by customers.
Here are the steps to check the Loyalty points report -:
Step 1: Go to Loyalty rewards >> Members >> Loyalty members
Step 2: You will get all the reports, which are the following -:
Enrolled at - It displays the date when the customers first earned points.
Lifetime points - It displays the overall points of the customers that they have earned in the store
Available points - It displays the current balance of the points of the customers
Note📝: To get more information, click on email or name and you will get detailed information about the loyalty points which are following -:
1.) Loyalty wallet -
a) Vip tier - It displays information about the customer's current tier status.
b.) Last transaction: It displays information about the Last transaction made by the customer.
c.) Block member - You can block customers from earning the points
d.) Blocked status - It shows the status of the customer as Active or inactive
2.) History
You will get all the points history and activity according to their engagement through Loyalty rewards done on-store.
3.) Orders - You will receive order details for purchases made by customers. By clicking on the order ID, you can access comprehensive information, including the items in the order, billing address, shipping address, payment gateway, order source, discount code, and more.
