In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to effectively edit both the initial loyalty point expiry reminder email and the final reminder email.
Here are the steps to edit Loyalty point expiry reminder mail -:
Step 1: Go to Loyalty rewards >> Set up program >> Point expiry
Step 2: Click on Click to setup.
Step 3: Click on the Edit button. For example - I am editing First reminder email
Step 4: Edit the email as per your need
Note📝: To add a shortcode, you need to click on Personalization >> click on the shortcode name which you would like to add.
Step 5: Click on Save & Exit, update the email subject and template name as needed, and then click Save & Exit again.
Now, the reminder mail will be sent to the customers
